We are seeking a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers when they pick up or sell their vehicle. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, inspecting vehicles for quality, managing paperwork, and supporting team operations.

What you’ll do

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to each and every customer
• Serve as the face of the company, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the appointment
• Inspect vehicles with a sharp eye for detail, assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues and maintain high service quality
• Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and document details in the tracking system
• Assist other team members with various tasks as needed
