Summary
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct equipment operator certification training and general safety training for customers and to a lesser extent, employees using various modalities; modalities will include Instructor Lead Training and Virtual TrainingPublish public training class schedules on SBRs training platform on a 3-month rolling calendar basis to provide customers multiple class options for purchase.Provide private classes to customers either at an SBR branch location or customer site.Complete training records on a timely basis in SBR’s system(s) of record for retention and retrieval according to company policy.Trigger the issuance of customer wallet cards within 24 hours of class completion.Learn new adult training methods and courses to teach customers across a variety of safety topics.
