Job Description
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer‑facing or support role.
- Experience with device management concepts, such as API and marketplace integrations for collaboration suites, migration or change management approaches, or no‑code and workflow automation services.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer‑facing role that requires interactions in English with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
