Engage as a Relief Cook providing essential culinary services. Your expertise will ensure food safety and efficient meal preparation within a flexible, on-call work setting.
You'll report to the Manager of Meal Services, bringing 1-2 years of relevant cooking experience. Responsibilities include preparing and serving meals, ensuring compliance with AHS Food Safety Standards, and managing volunteer tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive safely for food delivery tasks
• Prepare, cook, and store all food items
• Serve meals at the Neoma kitchen
• Provide leadership to volunteers as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in kitchen facilities
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of kitchen experience required
• Food Safety and First Aid/CPR certifications mandatory
• Clean Class 5 driver's license needed
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs effectively
