Cto - Mexico (Mérida)

Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and passionate CTO in our Mexico branch, in Merida, to help our company expand and present ourselves both in the Latin America and USA market.
Responsibilities
Oversee the landing of the company's technology and solutions offerings on the markets by training the local team and representing it at customer meetings.
Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success Teams in winning new business opportunities and closing deals.
Represent the company at customer meetings to understand their needs and align them with STX Next's offerings.
Develop and lead a high‐performing team of software engineers, data analysts, and IT specialists.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams in Poland (HQ), also in USA, UK and Germany, to define and execute the company's targets.
Evaluate and select appropriate technology vendors and partnerships to enhance the company's capabilities.
