Crushing Supervisor

Primary Scope Of Role

• Responsible for shift operations at crushing sites.
• Supervise the work of personnel engaged in performing routine operations at the crushers.
• Must have knowledge of aggregate material types and production methods.
• Equipment start‑up and shutdown.
• Be aware of environmentally sensitive areas and be alert to correct environmental problems that may develop in the assigned work area.
• Complete proper workplace examinations to minimize safety hazards and identify mechanical issues.
• Perform equipment repairs as needed and source outside support when necessary.
• Be responsible for the safe operation of the crusher areas during the shift, with regular safety training of personnel and safety meetings to target a zero level of incident.
