Job Description
Lead and manage crowd teams in feature film production at our Vancouver studio. As a Crowd Supervisor, you'll ensure effective integration of crowd pipelines and creative problem-solving.
We seek an experienced Crowd Supervisor to oversee the crowd department. You will collaborate with supervisors, producers, and other departments to implement efficient workflows. Additionally, you'll train junior artists in crowd-specific techniques while supervising motion capture sessions and developing pipeline tools for optimal production quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with supervisors to integrate crowd pipelines
• Propose solutions for specific crowd shots
• Communicate regularly about schedules and feedback
• Train junior artists in pipeline disciplines
• Supervise motion capture sessions as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in feature film crowd production
• Proficient in Houdini or Golaem
