The Department of Geography at Memorial University is calling for applications for the Canada Impact+ Research Chair in Critical Minerals and Energy Transition. This Chair will oversee a significant research agenda addressing the societal implications of mineral extraction and processing. Duties involve nurturing graduate education and collaborative research in line with MUN's core strategic themes.

• Direct a leading research program on mineral development challenges
• Supervise training of graduate students and knowledge dissemination
