In this role, you will report to the Manager of Critical Care, engaging in care delivery for patients with stable and predictable health outcomes. Your expertise will be utilized in assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient needs while managing assignments and participating in quality improvement initiatives on your unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in inter-disciplinary patient care
• Assess and implement effective nursing processes
• Educate patients and families on health topics
• Manage tasks associated with patient care assignments
