The opportunity

TheCrewScheduler ensuresthatSchedulingServicesmeets operational requirements and company objectives in accordance with operational policies, the collective agreement and regulatory requirements for vessels and shore positions.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Scheduling Services, youwillperform the following duties:

• Handlingshort term absence and replacement requests to ensure that crewing profiles and terminal staff allocations are met in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Ensuringoperational, regulatoryandcollective agreement compliance and by analysing work assignments and scheduling for optimum utilization of staff in a acost-effectivemanner.
• Implementingschedules and staff assignments prepared by crewing officers/advisorandcross checking as required.
