Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Credit ManagerEvaluatingthecreditworthinessofpotentialcustomers.
o Creatingcreditscoringmodelsforriskassessments.
o Approvingandrejectingloansbasedonavailabledata.
o Calculatingandsettingloaninterestrates.
o Negotiatingthetermsoftheloanwithnewclients.
o Ensuringallloansandlendingprocedurescomplywithregulations.
o Maintainingrecordsofallcompanyloans.Collection Manager-Updating DCR (Daily Collection Report) with prpoer feedback, disposition code and reporting to
Collection manager by EOD with review.
• Effective address disputes, expired, etc cases toprevent anyprobable escalation and highlight sensitive
accounts to Collection Manager to prevent the same.
• Monthly review of the agency performance, taking action against the low performer, identifying &
suggesting new agency for collection.
• Ensure timely Invoice Processing of all Vendors in coordination with back end, finance and strategy
