We have an opportunity for a Credit Analyst to join our diverse team.
The Credit Analyst is responsible to Perform collection and negociation to customer / sales managers in Mexico to reduce Overdue and Bad debt.
Reducing days of trade receivables, and reduction in the number of credit memos in the company.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Authorization of credit memos created to resolve disputes in the account/analysis of the root cause of credit's notes for reduction
- Analyze statement of account of customers for future negotiation for electronic or traditional collection for Mexico and North America (US & Canada)
- Ensure timely collection and registration of payment of customers.
