Job Description
Lead CPA Canada's Financial Literacy efforts as Program Manager in British Columbia. Focus on program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and Indigenous strategies.
This full-time position reports to the Manager, Member & Community Programs and requires oversight of the financial literacy program’s performance and quality assurance. You will be integral in forming strategic partnerships and enhancing visibility through stakeholder engagement. A cornerstone of this role is the commitment to Indigenous financial literacy, building community trust and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of FinLit program
• Recommend strategies for audience engagement
• Network with key stakeholders and partners
• Promote programs and gather insights at events
• Monitor program quality and integrate feedback
Requirements:
• At least three years in Program Management
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder relations
