Covenant House is hiring a Drop-In Program Supervisor to provide leadership in Toronto. Oversee critical services, manage crises, and ensure a safe space for youth in need.
In this full-time, permanent role, you will supervise staff, facilitate vital outreach services, and address the immediate needs of vulnerable youth. Your leadership will be essential in promoting a trauma-informed and compassionate care approach. Responsibilities also include facilitating program development and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff duties and compliance with procedures
• Ensure shift coverage for program safety
• Facilitate program team meetings and support development
• Oversee facility safety and youth behavior management
• Collaborate with other departments for service improvement
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience (1-2 years) in relevant settings
• Diploma or degree in Child and Youth Work or related subject
