Responsibilities
Provide courier services directly to customers on a daily basis, including driving, customer service, and completing any related administration or paperwork.
Offer efficient and safe delivery and pick‐up of packages and documents while representing the company in a professional manner.
Operate non‐articulated vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with all governmental and corporate procedures.
Accomplish accurate and timely selection and inspection of assigned packages and subsequent reporting of stop counts and missed sorts.
Seek additional business from current customers, attempt to gain new business, and pass leads to the sales department.
Answer customer questions on FedEx features of service and keep customers informed about the company and its services.
Ensure packages conform to FedEx features of service, proper labeling, and that all paperwork is complete, neat, and accurate.
