Courier

Provides courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; checks all shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service; provides related customer service functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• One year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred.
• Must achieve the minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
