Holden Richardson is partnering with a global process manufacturer with revenues in the billions to fill the Country Human Resources Manager role for Mexico.
The HR position is part of the Country Leadership Team and has end‐to‐end responsibility for HR across all sites and employees.
The manager will be an effective change agent, creating and driving improvements in workforce planning, talent management, talent acquisition and support.
The focus is on building a modern HR function that can support growth across plants, remote In‐Plant teams, and office‐based staff.
