Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to product delivery to our customers.
• Inform customers in-store and by phone about products, services, and ongoing promotions.
• Conduct searches in both digital and physical catalogues to update part numbers.
• Participate in customer follow-ups (phone blitz, etc.) and solicit new clients.
• Recommend the workshop’s machining services for brakes, engines, cylinder heads and clutch systems.
