TYPICAL HOURS OF WORK: 40 hrs weekly. 80 Bi-Weekly Rotating shifts with flexibility required.
Days, evenings, and weekend rotating shift. Required to work Statutory Holidays.
DESCRIPTION OF CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support individuals to live with dignity, in line with the values and ethics of Community Living Cambridge.
To uphold confidentiality of all individuals .
To assist and facilitate participants in all life skill activities.
Maintain primary caseload responsibilities to individuals assigned including maintain records, finances, programs, contacts with family ...
