Job Description
Contribute to early childhood development as a Counsellor 1 in the Early Years Counselling & Consultation Program. Collaborate with a team to enhance the skills of young children and their families through effective counselling.
As a seasoned professional with 2-3 years of experience, you will work directly with children under six to identify and address developmental needs. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of treatment planning and be comfortable with online modalities. Bilingualism in French and English is a plus.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments to uncover children's needs • Provide tailored counselling and psychoeducation services • Assist with the development of term treatment plans • Facilitate workshops and clinics for families • Ensure effective communication within the team and with clients
