Job Description
Join our team as a Counsel focused on labor and employment law, offering a salary from $130,382 to $206,386. We are hiring experienced litigators with a commitment to inclusivity.
We have five positions open at the LP-02 level for candidates with substantial experience in litigation. Applicants need to be eligible for Bar membership and must demonstrate recent legal experience. Responsibilities will include client representation and negotiation at various tribunal levels.
Key Responsibilities: • Engage in labor and employment litigation as counsel • Conduct negotiations and mediations for clients • Represent clients in federal courts and administrative hearings • Provide expert legal advice across cases • Be prepared to work extended hours and travel
