Cost/inventory analyst

- Analyze raw material cost variances and impact on plant results - Monitor inventory controls (E& O, cycle counts, adjustments, physical inventory) - Review items with zero cost and follow up on issues - Support month-end close (US & Mexico) for cost/inventory - Prepare and analyze US Recon and balance sheet accounts - Update standard costs and routings for year-end processes - Prepare productivity and scrap reports; align with QA - Support audits and provide required financial information - Develop cost analysis for new products and business cases - Ensure compliance with company policies and processes Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business - 3+ years of experience in cost or inventory accounting - Good English communication (written & spoken) - Strong Excel skills - Experience with audits and financial analysis - Knowledge of Power BI, AI tools or Power Automate is a plus - Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills
