Technical Scope

• Transmissions (assembly, casting, machining, forging, grinding, mechanics)
• Drivelines (axles, transfer case, assembly, machining, forging)
• Internal Combustion Engines (engine block, cylinder head, oil pan, casting)

Key Responsibilities (Costing & Estimation)

• Develop should-cost models for propulsion components and assemblies
• Perform bottom-up cost breakdowns (BOM, materials, labor, overhead, tooling, capex)
• Analyze manufacturing processes (casting, machining, forging, assembly) to estimate cost drivers
• Conduct RFQ analysis & supplier quotation validation
