The Travel Consultant delivers outstanding customer service and offers guide and knowledgeable travel advice. Travel Consultant meets and exceeds Service Level Agreements, using the in-house booking tools and represents AmexGBT Egencia as an ambassador of service excellence
What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
- Ability to operate in a multi-channel environment and be accountable to key performance indicators of success, such as customer satisfaction (CSAT) and key efficiency metrics (for example call adherence and call service metrics).
- Arrange domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodation, using the assigned tools.
