About The Role
As a M&A Deals Consultant, you will work with leading corporate clients and investors, helping and supporting them tackle their toughest decisions. Your engagements will include a mix of corporate strategy (growth strategy, market entry, pricing, commercial excellence, product strategy) and transaction‑related work (commercial due diligence and pre‑ and post‑deal value creation). Your work will be varied, fast‑paced – no engagement is ever the same.
What Your Days Will Look Like
In our Deals team, you’ll be joining a market‑leading and fast‑growing team that works with businesses, private equity and venture capital investors, supporting them across the Deal cycle, from pre‑deal to post‑deal value creation.
