Corporate Legal Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage corporate legal strategy to protect organizational interests, minimize legal risks, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Oversee legal aspects of corporate structure, licenses & permits, business activities, assets, and governance documentation to ensure full legal compliance
• Provide strategic legal advice and proactive solutions to management and business units, including handling disputes, legal actions, due diligence, and legal audits
• Manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), ensuring proper registration, compliance, and optimization of organizational legal assets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, notaries, external counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective legal processes and services.
