The Corporate Counsel will report directly to CEO, President, CFO, and the Executive Team. This role involves overseeing legal matters ranging from consumer protection to employment law while ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations. You will provide strategic legal advice to enhance operational efficiency and risk management across our Ontario and U.S. dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all commercial contracts including vendor and franchise agreements
• Ensure compliance with auto industry regulations and consumer protection laws
• Oversee real estate transactions and facility management
• Address customer disputes and litigation requirements
