We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Transformation team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices while maintaining robust security for various engagement types.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions that directly address client needs, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for complex or sensitive client issues.
