About the Position
The START (Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources, and Treatment) model serves people diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health conditions. This comprehensive model of service supports and optimizes independence, treatment, and community living for individuals with I/DD and behavioral health needs. Under supervision of the Clinical Team Leader, START Coordinators support an assigned caseload of individuals, conducting evaluations and assessments both in-person and remotely, providing resources and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to support individuals through crises and prepare for discharge.
