Job Description
Your role
- Develop sales plans in order to reach annual sales and margin objectives
- Actively generate sales through qualifying potential customers, repeat customers, and through referrals
- Execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and, on occasion, in-home visits
- Produce design layouts with plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, proposing products available in store or through special orders
- Provide quotes to customers, including a detailed scope of work, project timelines, and a financial proposal, including promoting financing plans offered by RONA
- Liaise as necessary with customers and contractors (via visits, phone exchanges, or e‑mail) at all phases of the project’s realization to ensure superior customer satisfaction
- Problem solve and advocate fairly for the customer, the contractors, and RONA
- Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
