Drive success at the Music Lesson Centre in Saint-Georges, QC with Long & McQuade. Oversee teacher recruitment, student registration, and program marketing.
In your position as a Lessons Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all facets of the Music Lesson Centre, ensuring compliance with policies and building a vibrant music community. Collaboration with the Director of Music Education is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interview and hire qualified music teachers
• Schedule lessons and manage room assignments
• Develop promotional strategies for the centre
• Maintain attendance records for students and teachers
• Schedule and coordinate recitals twice a year
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of instrumental music experience
• Strong background in music education
