Coordinator, Cultivation
Job Location: Onsite, Simcoe, ON
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
Hourly Wage: $26/hr to start
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the crop to ensure optimal plant health and productivity.
- Maintaining detailed records on plant health, activities and overall observations.
- Coordinate production and crop work according to production schedules.
- Coordinate with the supervisor on timely & effective pest & disease control measures as required.
- Maintain and participate in the IPM program (ie. Spraying, and monitoring)
- Communicate and escape all issues with a crop and/or the production process to all the relevant parties as required.
- Recommend, perform and coordinate corrective actions such as the removal, isolation or destruction of plants.
