Job Description

You will:

Lead, mentor and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality care
Design and implement engaging, play-based programs that reflect children’s interests
Build strong, authentic relationships with children, families and the school community
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and all regulatory requirements
Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all
Promote the service within the local community in line with CEEC’s Vision, Mission and Values

Requirements of the Role:
Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
