Position details are as follows:

Number of Vacancies: 2
Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.
Compensation: $21.50 per hour, overtime at 1.5 after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week

Key Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per laid down menu
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
• Maintain inventory and order supplies and equipment when needed
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train and Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Ensure food quality is at high standards
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness
• Ensure staff adhere to health and safety standards and protocols
