Position Overview

The Barkada Grill family is seeking one (1) Cook to join our expanding team at our Red Deer Central location. Barkada Grill is a full‑function fusion restaurant featuring an authentic Filipino menu mixed with Canadian food items. We offer catering services, special events, and a Sunday buffet. We are a dine‑in and take‑out restaurant. This is a full‑time permanent position in English.

Job Duties

• Prepare and cook complete meals from a restaurant menu
• Prepare and cook meals with variations depending on customer needs
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Setup and oversee the weekly breakfast buffets
• Assist with planning menus and determining food requirements and cost
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean and maintain cooking surfaces and cooking tools
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers where required
