• Salary: 17.60 to 20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 32 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent full-time
• Shift: Early morning, Evening
• Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Organize buffets and banquets
• Manage kitchen operations

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years experience
