Part-time Cook

We are looking for a reliable part‑time Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is mainly for Friday and Saturday shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM each week, with the possibility of additional shifts during the week based on business needs, events, and availability. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with buffet, à la carte, and event food production.
• Complete daily prep lists and communicate any shortages.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations.
• Cook proteins, vegetables, starches, soups, sauces, and other menu items as needed.
• Follow proper food handling, cooling, reheating, and storage procedures.
