• Manage Sub-region operations, directing and coordinating activities and resources in alignment with established goals.
• Provide leadership, management and vision to ensure proper resources, controls and systems for effective growth, service excellence, operating efficiency and financial strength.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Sub‑region, ensuring achievement of defined KPIs, strategic initiatives, and local/corporate compliance.
• Develop in collaboration with the Sub‑region Executive Committee and Regional ABS team an annual operating plan supporting Aon’s long‑term operations strategy.
