This Controls Engineering Manager oversees projects from concept to completion, ensuring operational workloads are managed efficiently. This role leads a team of engineers, driving execution while maintaining technical oversight to bridge gaps in programming or design when needed. Responsibilities include defining project scope, estimating hours, arranging manpower, and coordinating resources to meet deadlines. While managing current operations, this individual demonstrates leadership qualities to step into a future Director of Operations role. Technical expertise spans control panels, industrial robots, PLCs, HMIs/SCADA, field wiring, and device-level networks, with proficiency in platforms such as Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, Rockwell/AB, Siemens, Omron, Toyopuc, GE, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
