Controls and Instrumentation Engineer

We are partnered with a leading industrial minerals company to find an experienced Controls & Instrumentation Engineer to support the development and implementation of advanced automation, process control, and instrumentation solutions across their North American operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and supporting industrial control systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
This remote position can be based anywhere across Canada or the United States and includes up to 25% travel, including some international.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, test, maintain, and optimize industrial control and automation systems

Support and improve advanced process control (APC) initiatives across manufacturing operations

Develop and maintain programming for PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, expert control systems, and operational technology (OT) networks
