The ideal candidate has a qualified accounting designation, a strong analytical mindset, experience leading and managing teams, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. As Controller, you will be part of the Harris finance management team and provide financial support and analysis that will directly impact a Business Unit’s success. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will lead a team of finance professionals and oversee the month, quarter, and year-end close process while serving as a trusted business advisor to senior leadership within each business unit. This role is based out of our newly renovated corporate head office in Ottawa, Ontario, though Harris Finance employees are currently working remotely due to the ongoing COVID pandemic.
