Contracts Manager (Roads and Earthworks) - Zambia

Stefanutti Stocks Africa is seeking a seasoned and resourceful Contracts Manager to join our team based in Zambia.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple roads and earthworks projects, ensuring effective contract administration, commercial performance, and operational delivery. The role will provide leadership across project teams to ensure that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, legal, and quality requirements.

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, the role will manage the full contract lifecycle from tender through execution to final account and close-out. This position requires strong construction knowledge, commercial acumen, and proven experience managing large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
