In this pivotal role, you'll blend your engineering or construction management degree with 5 years of residential construction experience. Collaborate across Sales, Design, and Construction teams, creating accurate budgets and managing tender processes. Your strong command of CCDC contracts and project cost controls will ensure compliance and effective cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate estimates for new acquisitions and developments
• Develop Class D budgets for upcoming projects
• Create Scope of Works in line with specifications
• Facilitate trade/supplier tender processes and maintain databases
• Lead post-sales phases through design to construction
