Job Description
Drive service excellence as a Team Lead in Contracts and Service Development in Edmonton. Oversee and enhance logistics and mail services for GoA ministries effectively.
The Team Lead role focuses on managing eight integrated service contracts critical to mail logistics. This includes monitoring vendor performance, leading projects, and ensuring compliance with GoA policies. You will also create evidence-based business cases for service improvements while collaborating with management, vendors, and stakeholders.
