Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, including initiation, negotiation, execution, and post‑execution activities.
- Identify and assess legal and business risks associated with contracts and agreements.
- Prepare the monthly analysis for the data driven by the purchasing and sales departments.
- Engage in negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to reach mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
