Contract & Sales Support Analyst (6‑month contract)

Hybrid (2‑3 days/week in the office) – based in Toronto, ON. Reports to Director, Datalinx Business Operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Facilitate the execution of Market Data Distribution and Exhibit A client agreements, ensuring compliance for all clients, vendors, and subscribers.
• Build relationships with client, vendors and subscribers and assist them with Market Data questions on how their data usage matches with our various licensing options and impact of new policies/changes.
• Partner with the Sales team to strategically identify and cultivate new local contacts and key decision‑makers within the assigned Market Data accounts.
• Manage the timely updating of client agreements, incorporating new revisions and addendums to maintain accuracy and legal standing.
