Contract Enablement Team Lead Contract Guidance & (Guadalajara)

Positions are open to Mexican Citizens and official residents of Mexico. Location: Guadalajara (hybrid). Strong English communication skills required.

• Payment Operations
  • Define, own, and support efficient payment services processes (e.g., Payment, Invoicing, Expense Reimbursement, Tax codes)
  • Work as a primary point of contact for payment related inquiries and critical issues and address them in a timely manner
  • Ensure payments team follows standards, SOPs, and collects required evidence and approvals in a compliant and efficient manner
  • Run performance data and metrics to identify process and performance issues and conduct root‑cause analysis
  • Lead timely delivery and resolution of ad‑hoc queries from customers and other partners
