Location: Silao, Guanajuato
The Contract & Claim Manager reports operationally to the Project Lead and works closely with functional teams. Formal validations are performed by Legal, Procurement, Finance, and PMO as per internal governance.
Responsibilities
Contract and Communication Management (during execution phase)
- Communication of contract terms (esp. FIDIC), like scope, obligations, rights, and remedies to internal stakeholders.
- Single point of contact for contractors, on Employer’s behalf, in relation to claims and other formal correspondence.
- Coordination with project, technical, legal, etc. teams in drafting communications and responses to contractors, FIDIC Engineer, and other stakeholders.
Claims and Oversight Management
- Maintaining and supervising claims overview.
