Continuous Instructor, Steamfitter/Pipefitter Apprenticeship Program

This position seeks two salaried instructors for NAIT’s Steamfitter–Pipefitter Apprenticeship program, responsible for delivering instruction in classroom, virtual, laboratory, and industry settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present learning outcomes and activities
• Participate in curriculum development, program reviews and course reviews
• Facilitate the learning process using instructional strategies that ensure efficient and effective delivery of course materials
• Manage instructional delivery and set the tone and climate for a safe and effective learning environment
• Create assessment tools to evaluate the learning process and maintain progress records
• Provide early and ongoing coaching and tutoring for students to maximize student success and retention
• Respond to student issues
