Content Operator

Location: Remote (Toronto preferred, EST hours required)

Type: 30 hours per week.

Reports to: Steve Toth, Founder

Compensation: $30/hr base (30 hrs/week) + concrete performance bonuses tied to measurable outcomes: subscriber growth, SaaS signups, coaching cohort sales, and event ticket sales. Bonuses are structured so that a strong operator who hits targets will earn significantly above the base. Top-end quarterly bonuses can add 30-50% to base earnings. This is a role where your output directly moves revenue. If you are looking for a role with no accountability, this is not the right fit.
